To travel with complete peace of mind

RTM aims to make every effort to make you benefit from a quality service. You will find here some regulation and tips that will allow you to travel safely on our network.

To be in good standing…

•    You must be equipped with a regulatory valid travel pass. On each trip, your travel pass must be validated, even when there is a correspondence. If you have at your disposal a free movement, you must also validate your travel pass on every trip.
Any traveler, whatever the means of transport and the travel pass used, who has not validated his title after crossing the validator, will be considered as committing an infringement and will thus be exposed to legal and regulatory sanctions.

•    You must keep your ticket for the entire duration of your trip in perfect condition in order to make the control possible.

•    During a ticket control, you must submit voluntarily your ticket to the controller. If you are not in good standing, you must present an official ID. An official report will be drawn up by the controller

•    In case of non-purchase of ticket, the controller has the right to ask you to leave the network.

Warning:
- Giving you ticket to a third person after use is liable to a fine (Fine level  1)
- Transpass card is a nominative one. It must not be given to a third person under any circumstances. (Fine level 3)

Fine rates

Depending on the type of fraud detected, the amount of the fine differs.
